Farming God’s Way

“You may recall from an explanation which I gave on one of my earlier posts, that Brian Oldrieve after many weeks of prayer, decided to adopt the new title of “Foundations for Farming”. Whilst still a hugely effective evangelistic “tool” the name change has enabled full-scale acceptance of the farming principles; inclusion on the National Schools Curriculum here in Zimbabwe; acceptance by many other nations of Southern Africa as well as a growing worldwide interest.”

“All they asked was that we should continue to remember the poor, the very thing I was eager to do.” Gal 2:10

“Foundations for Farming” is an apostolic initiative for preaching the gospel, strengthening & planting churches and extending the kingdom of God with an emphasis on sustainable agriculture as a model for life transformation of individuals, communities and nations.

Our heart is to be a training centre of excellence with demonstration plots. To demonstrate that Farming God’s Way breaks the yoke of poverty by taking what God has given us and using the land for His glory. To cater for the wider community in training, equipping and empowering people to be great farmers with what they have.
